How do I know which size to buy?

Sometimes it’s difficult to know which size to buy especially as your shape changes during pregnancy and post birth. On every product page, we have included a ‘size guide’ to aid your decision. If you’d like more help, why not try our Stylist Service?

What is your Stylist Service?

We understand that time is precious and customers appreciate style advice which is tailored specifically to their needs. Our team consists of experienced freelance stylists and mums who have experienced pregnancy and breastfeeding. Drop us an email at: [email protected] detailing your needs and as much information as possible, even include a picture if you’d like, and we will endeavor to seek out the perfect outfit for you to flatter your shape, suit the occasion and meet your budget.  

How do I pay for my purchases?

All payments are securely processed via our partner, PayPal, but don't worry if you don't have a PayPal account. You can pay using either a PayPal account or with Visa credit and debit cards, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron.

Can I order with you if I am not in the UK?

Absolutely.  Please ensure that you have selected the most relevant currency for you and proceed to checkout. We accept payments securely via Paypal, which means that we can accept payments worldwide. Once you have completed all your delivery details, you can select an international delivery option. For orders placed outside of the EU, it is your responsibility to claim any tax back. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and therefore cannot predict them.

Why should I create an account at Keungzai.com?

When you log in to your account, your personal details are already stored so that you don't have to enter them again when placing a new order. You also have access to My Account, where you can get a full overview of your account, create a wish list, view your order history and personal details. Customers need to create an account before placing an order at Keungzai.com.

How do I create an account at Keungzai.com?

You can easily activate your own Keungzai account by creating a username and password to the site. We recommend that you use your email address as username, to make it easy to remember. If you don't have an email address you can create your own username. Please make sure that your password is at least 6 digits long.

What are your delivery charges and how long does it take?

Do you offer a gift packaging service?

All orders will be dispatched in boxes, wrapped in tissue paper and ribbon. If you have any further requirements, please don’t hesitate to contact us: [email protected].

How do I return or exchange an item?

We hope you like your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, e-mail [email protected] with your order number in the subject line and we will issue you an RMA number. Simply complete the enclosed returns form with your RMA number and enclose it with your item(s) within 21 days of receipt. Please use the pre-printed address label on the enclosed returns form to return items.

All returns must be returned to us within 21 days of receipt. We will then refund you within 30 days of receiving the returned items. Returns will not be accepted if the procedure above has not been followed.

All goods must be in its original, un-used condition, in polybag, with the security seal in tact. Any damaged security seals will not be accepted for a full refund.

We regret at this stage, we are unable to offer FREEPOST returns to our customers. However, this is a service we are working toward offering in the near future. We appreciate your understanding, please use Royal Mail Special Delivery service for returns as you will be liable for the goods until we receive them.
