Delivery and Returns Policy
Our Delivery Policy is as follows:
- UK Standard delivery: FREE on orders over £75. £4.75 for orders under £75. (Tracked delivery within 3-5 working days)
- Next Day Delivery by TNT courier: £6.95 (Tracked and guaranteed next working day delivery, if the order is placed before 12pm)
- Europe by Parcelforce: £18.50 (Tracked and guaranteed delivery within 3-5 working days)
- USA & Canada: £27.50 (International courier, tracked with delivery from 5 working days)
- Rest of the World / Asia: £38 (International courier, tracked with delivery from 5 working days)
*Please note that shipping does not include any local duties that may be levied upon delivery of your goods.

Our Returns Policy:
We hope you like your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, simply complete the enclosed returns form and enclose it with your item(s) within 21 days of receipt. Please use the pre-printed address label on the enclosed returns form to return items.
All returns must be returned to us within 21 days of receipt. We will then refund you within 30 days of receiving the returned items. Returns will not be accepted if the procedure above has not been followed.
All goods must be in its original, un-used condition, with the security seal intact. Any damaged security seals will not be accepted for a full refund.
We regret at this stage, we are unable to offer Worldwide FREEPOST returns for our customers. However, this is a service we are working toward offering in the near future. We appreciate your understanding, please use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service for returns as you will be liable for the goods until we receive them.
